Have students investigate geographical characteristics of the Oberallgäu. How high? What’s it close to? Famous vacation resorts?

Aktivität 74: Badetage vs. Schneehöhe

You might have students from other regions/tourist regions in the US: What is changing? Why? Which regions in the US seem most at risk from climate change? Why? Do you know about groups in your hometown concerned about this?

If you have enough time, you could also let them investigate: ski lift prices, hotel rates at different seasons etc. How does it compare to Reno or Lake Placid?
