Aktivität 36: Nein, das ist kein Laptop
You can, again, prepare some common classroom or household objects and model the activity. “Ist das eine Pflanze? Nein, das ist keine Pflanze. Das ist ein Bleistift.” You could put the Grammatik box on a screen as reference, please don’t explain, instead model and repeat many examples. Students practice asking and answering with items in the photo.
Aktivität 37: Unser Kursraum
Students complete the activity with a partner. You can allow them to circulate around the room. You can give them a few ideas for recommended online dictionaries. Students may need help identifying the gender of a noun in a dictionary entry.
Aktivität 38: Nein, ich bin kein Anwalt.
Download the cards below and print them in advance. You can practice pronunciation prior to completing the activity. You can ask students to return to their seats/places in class after they have found all their people.
